We have put together a list of questions that we are asked most frequently about the cleaning services we provide for both commercial cleaning and residential cleaning. We do not require our clients to sign a contract. We pride ourselves on exceptional services and outstanding customer service and know that the work we perform speaks for itself when it comes to our clients wanting us to return week after week.
Kat’s Cleaning Services began on April 1st, 2017. Kat has been working in the cleaning service industry for quite some time and is an expert in the industry.
Our company is insured in case of any type of damage. Rest assured we will always treat your home or business with respect to ensure that your property is never harmed.
If something is damaged while we are cleaning your home or business, we will immediately have the damaged item replaced or repaired. Our team is fully insured.
We provide services to the Kansas City Metropolitan area to include the following cities.

Kats team is here to take care of you. While many of our clients do a quick declutter prior to our arrival, we do not ask them to do that. We will clean your home or business based on the services that you have requested.
We will make every effort to have the same cleaning professionals take care of your home each week, however, there may be times that this is not possible. We want to ensure that our clients are compfortable and happy with the professionals that are in your home as well as with the services that we provide to you.
If you need to reschedule or skip an appointment, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible to let us know so that we can adjust our schedules appropriately. We will work with you to reschedule your cleaning based on your schedule and the availablity of our cleaning service professionals.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the cleaning services provided to you just let us know. We will come back to your home or business and reclean the area that you are not satisfied with.
Payment is due for all cleaning services on the date of service unless we have set your services up with automated invoicing.
If your cleaning services fall on a holiday, we will contact you in advance to reschedule your services. Our office observes the following holidays:
- New Years Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
We offer gift certificates for residential cleaning services. Just let us know the services you would like for us to provide to the lucky recipient of your gift.
